Comforting Vegan Cold Weather Soups

For some of us in the midwest, it’s about that time! It’s finally starting to feel like fall. Like we said in our Fall Food Trends post, a lot of us foodies are about to switch it up in the kitchen as the temperatures drop.

For us cold weather foodies, snuggling up with a nice warm bowl of soup is a must! What’s even better than that? Snuggling up to a warm bowl of vegan soup, guilt free! Check out some of our faves:

Good Ol’ Vegetable Soup!
Veggie soup is a go-to for most vegan soup lovers. It’s simple to make and it’s on almost every corner cafe’s menu, no matter the cuisine! Roasted Pumpkin Soup!
Sounds yummy, right? If you’re a pumpkin lover during the fall months, you’ll get a good fill of this seasonal squash in roasted pumpkin soup.
